This ISR test pipe is a high performance part that is intended for use in an 89-98 Nissan 240sx.

The upgraded test pipe replaces the stock catalytic converter, increasing exhaust flow. Upgrading your catalytic converter to ISR’s test pipe is a great way to improve the performance of your engine. This is because catalytic converters are designed to regulate the harmful chemicals that are coming out of your car.

Stock converters can certainly do the job, but usually at the expense of engine performance, as they constrict your exhaust flow. An upgraded test pipe will take care of the chemical reducing process that your catalytic converter handles, while allowing for a greater flow and overall better engine performance.

This kit includes all of the gaskets and hardware required for a complete install and features extremely high quality, TIG welded, stainless steel.

Updated flanges are water jet cut from thick-grade stainless steel plates. All ISR Performance flanges are strong and well suited for high temperatures.

    Great product!!

Running and Rb25 in my s14. Bolted right up to the Dow pipe and my HkS high flow. Was running and unknown test pipe that came with the car. Looks a lot cleaner, good welds. Happy with my purchase. No real difference with noise. Maybe a little deeper.

    Best for the price

It's a simple part, and it's effective. You need this to delete your cat. If you want to run an isr exhaust, you have to have this installed to fill the space between the exhaust and the downpipe.

    Made to Work

Fit my uncommon setup of a ca18det to sr downpipe to generic 3 inch catback. No issues with hooking it in.

    It just works!

The isr test pipe replaced a leaky old test pipe of mine and this was just what I needed! Welds are clean and consistent, flanges were level and nothing seemed out of place or damaged, and it comes with some 8.8 hardware, but I used my own locking hardware instead bease my car vibrates. A few people said this makes the car sound deeper, and it's slightly dropped the tone of my ka for sure. Ka24de obx header, ISR test pipe you see here to a trust DD exhaust. Works great, looks cool, and of course enjuku racing fast shipping and affordable prices.

I decided to get a test pipe instead of a 150$ cat and if anything it complemented the rest of the exhaust system.
