This T25 turbo is intended as a replacement for your stock turbo.
This turbo system features an exhaust side 0.64 A/R turbine housing.
When installing this turbo system on an S13 SR20DET, there are several additional parts and modifications you will need before you get started. You will need:
ISR Performance Parts, LLC. turbo line kit
GT drain setup (or you can modify the stock drain)
An ISR Performance turbine outlet O2 housing unit.
Each ISR Performance Parts, LLC. turbo comes with a six-month warranty.
This turbo requires a 3an feed line. A 4an feed line will NOT work.
This turbo system does not bolt onto a S14 SR setup.
We recommend changing your oil feed line if the previous turbo was damaged due to oil issues. The existing feed line may contain oil blockages, contamination, or carbon deposits.

I pieced together everything and did all the work to make this work on my unmodified 1.6 engine '92 miata. The wastegate is 10psi but creeps up to ~12. This was too high for me, so I replaced with 7psi wastegate. Boost starts building sooner at 4k rpms now. Hits 7 and creeps to max of 10. Perfect!
Only downside is I left it unpainted and it surface rusted the hot side completely in less than a week. I recommend painting with high heat paint BEFORE installing.

Nothing about this was easy for me as I pieced everything together from scratch. I had to find AN fittings, lines, gaskets, and fabricate piping. Was a pain to get here but now I couldn't be happier. Wish the BOV was louder. Great turbo for the price, I have zero complaints. Might even get to keep my AC!

Made 303whp and 311tq @17 psi, with 550cc injectors and stock maf. A little Laggy but hits you like a freight train when it hits 3.5krpm.

Everything bolted right on, installation was no big deal. Wastegate seems to be set a little high, but I plan on adjusting it. This turbo rips compared to a stock t25, I was amazed at how hard the boost kicks you when it finally hits. It does spool pretty late compared to a t25, but that's to be expected with a bigger exhaust housing. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't seem to be as loud as a t25 when I'm driving around normal, because I love turbo noise. However by the time I do hear it I'm in my seat. I'm also making great gas mileage on this turbo since it spools later. I drove around normally for a whole quarter tank, and made it 90 miles.

Great turbo. Been running it for six months no problems. When bi had installed the turbo I had assumed that the wastegate was set at 7psi factory. It didn't open until 15+ psi. Quite the scare but it got lucky.

Blew my turbo, ordered this turbo and got to my door a week later.
Stupid easy installation
Stock wastegate was at 10psi
Not as torqy as stock t25 bb turbo with the journal bearing
Pushes torque band up about 500rpms
A lot better top end
Definitely gives me a good kick in the ass.
Noticibly wider exhaust side compared to t25.
I daily stock 10psi. Race 14psi at my elevation of 3800ft.
RECOMMEND THIS TURBO FOR QUICK FIX AND VERY MILD TURBO UPGRADE.

At 7psi, bolt-ons, Z32 maf, RSenthalpy tune, spec stage 1 clutch and all season tires
the car ran a 14.2 @ 99mph in the 1/4

Had this turbo for a year. Daily/weekend drifter. 10psi no bov. No problems. Spools fairly quick/normal and pulls hard. Definite buy for someone budget minded but wants the best.

So before i get into the review about this turbo i will say to save you the time and the lots of cursing that i did BUY THE ISIS TURBO AND COOLANT LINES!!!
The turbo compared to the stock t25 that i had on my sr i would say is a little bit of an upgrade the exhaust wheel is a little bigger than stock and pulls very strong seems like it spools a little later than my stock t25 but it sure does sit ya in you seat i did up my boost to 10psi so it sure does make your 240 a little bit more fun
i would recommend this turbo to anyone who needs their car back up and running and looking for just a lite upgrade cant beat the price.... it does come with all the other required equipment minus the studs for the turbo elbow so you can reuse the existing ones you have or buy new ones at your local hardware store
