Lose excess weight with Brian Crower BC0300 Spring and Retainer Kit.  It is a perfect addition to upgraded valvetrains by lower rotating valvetrain weight .  This allows the engine to rev faster with less strain and create more power in the end. The BC Kit is a complete set of valve springs and titanium retainers.  The springs are made from the highest quality chrome silicone alloy steel.  Upgraded springs are necessary when using upgraded cams with high lift and longer durations, such as the BC Stage 3 cams.

 

Titanium retainers are made from 6AL4V round bar titanium machined to the closest tolerance.  Titanium offers high strength but with much less weight compared to a conventional steel retainer.

 

Use with other new or upgraded valvetrain parts to ensure a quality setup.

Spring Specs:

  • Seat: 1.325" @80 lbs
  • Open: 0.980" @192 lbs
  • Coil Bind: 0.810" (no machine required)

 

Works with all 1JZGTE and 2JZGTE Engines.
