This turbo header for the SR20DET is produced with spec T-304 stainless steel with a wall thickness of .11" (2.8 mm) to hold the heat in which means better flow into the turbo housing for faster spool and better top end without burning out the tubes when temperatures climb. All seams are 100% TIG welded. We've also added a set of small profile hex flange nuts to help wrenches get around the tubes when installing your new header and using the factory studs in the head.T3 base flange and 38 mm 2 bolt waste gate flange are standard
