These are slip-on spacers that can be used with the stock wheel studs to help fine tune those offsets. No need to get extended studs unless you are going w/ something larger than 5mm. Spacers will fit both 4-lug and 5-lug 240sx, and anything else with a 4x114.3 or 5x114.3 lug pattern.
